for retail (photo taking) therapy.
If you are feeling grouchy
and "seeing red" emotionally ~
we recommend you
GET OUTSIDE
and SEE nature's RED!
It will help you feel better!

and have taken care of our H.A.L.T. needs:

we can turn over a new leaf,
and get out of the blues!
Are they friends who will help you
keep a healthy perspective?
Or you get stuck in a rut.
Don't try to deal with heavy things alone.Friends can help you deal.
Even when you can't find the words to express yourself.
And shine light upon the dark.
Keep your true friends close by.
Friends know what you like
and help you stay true to you!
Friends remind us to "be where our feet are"
and live in the moment.

Mom got invited on a walk to tour a farm
where there's an artist's studio onsite.

The United States was built upon IMMIGRANTS coming to this land.
It't TIME to acknowledge our true beginnings.
Mom misses traveling.

ReplyDeleteMagnus, your Mom is so generous to share your adventures with all of us. Her beautiful collages, colors, and images always remind us to let light and fresh air into every day!
