Keep a Colorful Outlook

Life is not always a parade with golden confetti.
When things break,
or you find yourself
"in the weeds"
how do you react?

Does your personality add calm clarity or furious flare ups?
Learning about yourself can be enlightening, irritating, and exhausting.
Whoooooooo are you?
Do you do things
Only
With
Love
?
Do you keep a colorful outlook?
Figuratively?
How about literally?
Color your world with joyful experiences.
Wear a favorite color!
Color your hair!
Go to an art museum and see what's been done with colors!
Wear colorful clothes that make you feel happy!
Get outside and find some bursts and pops of color!

Are the core beliefs of LOVE and KINDNESS
reflected in the way you are living?
How?
And if not, why not?
What can you do differently to cultivate a positive attitude?
Smiling helps.
Sunshine and hanging out with a friend helps.
Getting some fresh air brings a fresh outlook.
Listening to music you like is a good de-stressor.
Go for a drive! Give someone a funny gift!
Pay attention to your surroundings.
It helps you stay in the moment
and details can be interesting and entertaining.
Donate to charity! Write someone a letter!
Eating yummy food is good for the soul!
It's nice to celebrate with special treats!
Exercise helps.
Seeing others' artistic expressions on life is enriching.

Going to a city to see architecture and people watch is fun.
Everyone wants to feel appreciated and welcome.
 Feeling like you don't belong
or are not loved is a horrible feeling.
Find a flock of friends that give you safety.
 Then take flight together!
Being an odd bird is A okay,
just don't isolate yourself from the love of others.
It's fun to hang out and honk out happiness!
 If you feel blue.
Find a friend and talk about it!
Don't sit alone in pain and sadness.
Life can be scary. We need wise counsel from others.
It's fun to make a countdown and look forward to something in the future!
It's amazing how fast days go by.
Before you know it, the day of an exciting event will arrive!
Don't let your mind get cluttered and clogged.
Fill your mind with literature that grows heartfelt gratitude.
As the sun goes down each night
PAWs and review your day.
What did you see?
What did you hear?
What did you say?
What did you do?
How do you feel?
Did you fill yourself up with light and love?
It's a choice.
 It's getting colder.
Hope your Halloween is PURRfect.
 Stay warm!
Rest in peace Bubba!
