Life's a Beach

Do parts of your days
seem to reflect
the same scene
over and over?
Does each week seem like the same old run around?
Break up the monotony with some fresh air walks.
Social distance with a friend if possible.
Even if you go to the same places,
each day try to find small differences
in those familiar surroundings.
Be sure and stop to rest.
Don't forget to look up!
And far into the horizon.
Sometimes you have to look
for beauty in tiny specs.
Rearrange your regular routines
so there's new perspective.
And give others a hand when you are able.
Heart to heart,
everyone do their part.
Have you found yourself going down a
grocery aisle against the arrow?
Life is full of difficulties.
It can be puzzling
to know if you've done the right thing.
Try to cut yourself some slack
as you negotiate them.
Treat yourself well.
These are unpredictable times.
Only you can take care of you.
Buy yourself flowers.
They have magical powers.
Get plenty of rest.
With a buddy is best.
Give friends a call,
they help when you fall.
Get some fresh air
maybe in a car with flair?
Find a special spot,
in the shade if it's hot.
There's a summer haze daze on the city.
Go take a dip
(Maybe do a flip!)
Don't be a fool
Keep yourself cool!
Get on your favorite dress.
(Or go out lookin' a mess.)
Just mask up that face.
and go shop at an essential place!
And keep on doing the ESSENTIALS:
Read a good book.
Exercise.
Remember, music soothes the soul.
Be creative.
Don't stress yourself out.
And keep that
rock solid faith
that things will work out.
Don't get blue.
Don't worry.
It does no good.
Remember that you are "DEER" to so many!
Every day begins anew,
make it special just for you.

PAWS a moment and look around you.
What do you see, hear, smell and feel?
Take a snapshot with your mind.
Use that image to feel gratitude.
And F.R.O.G.
(Fully Rely On God)
That will help you have
 a photo finish each day!
May you have peace and serenity until I blog again.
PLEASE have a peaceful and safe 4th of July.
