I can see clearly now...

Sometimes things seem crystal clear.
Sometimes they are as thick as mud, spinning, multi-colored cloudy, and confusing.
Just keep LOVE in focus and stay in the light.
One way to increase happiness is to surround yourself with friends who care about you.
Do your friends QUACK you up?
Do you QUACK them up?
Do you share your toys with your friends?
Do you have common hobbies?
Do you share similar tastes?
Breaking bread together is a great way to connect and support one another.
Dear friends know when to
huddle up and keep you safely
in the middle of the herd.
Long distance friends
kindly send paper greetings of love.
Friends colorfully brighten our lives.
And bring us sweet peace.
They light a fire down in our souls,
keep us from going nuts, and help us sparkle.
They never forget us.
And remind us to F.R.O.G.
(Fully Rely On God)
When things get dark and swirly
friends help us clean up the mess.
Friends lift you up,
let you see what's inside,
under, and around you so you can
maintain a sound structure and foundation.
They know when to lend a hand.
And when to stop bugging you.
Friends don't play games with you,
unless they are the fun kind.
Friends see us for who we really are inside.
It's fun to go shopping with your peeps
and get your funk on.
Friends help you see
the trees from the forest
and enlighten us
so we may identify
whooooo may be predators.
What a blessing to be able to take walk talks
with your buds in nature
to share your thoughts in the world's natural beauty.
And hey, if you can't find nature nearby,
go out and buy some!
Or make your own beauty!
Just don't lay around and mope.
Road trips and field trips
let us see even MORE beauty.

Just make sure
to let Jesus take the wheel.
Movies bring insight
to difficult issues.
Have you found the power in them?
Books open our minds
to new insights.
Even though we had snow in April
we have hopes that soon
we will be outside in the fresh air
having garden parties.
Because
PAWS a moment and think about friendship.
How have you supported a friend?
How has a friend supported you?
Keep on lovin'
and truckin'
(like the do-dah man)
hopefully
on down Easy Street.
