The M:Party is Over

Does this gold medal make my head look funny?
It was fun to win with this photo during
the LAST week of the Mission:Pic app.
Mom is so sad to see the M:Party end.
During the four years she's been taking
pics for the daily missions
I've had my pic on M:P so many times!
(And many of them have won!)
Mom sure posted A LOT of photos there.
Mom has loved getting to know
a bunch of new peeps
spread throughout the world.
Since she held a M:P Meet Up in Chicago
she has a few extra stickers.
There's a modified guitar in England
that needs to be even more modified
with some @missionpic swag!
Incoming!
Taking about guitars...
Mom and Dad went to a caroling party in our new neighborhood.
There was a guitarist and a drummer.
The cookies were thematic!
I hope you had a purr-fectly marvelous holiday season.
I have a new sibling.
Welcome to the family Milo!
(Sadly my human sister has been thinking catty thoughts.)
Did you decorate your home for Christmas?
We did.
Tree ornaments are so nice.
The baby Jesus is the best.
It's fun to deck the halls.
Just remember the reason for the season.
 It is CHRISTmas time y'all.
So Jingle for Jesus!
Did you go see some holiday decorations?
Did you go out shopping in the chchchchilly weather?
Or go to church, even though it was raining?
I hope when you heard the Salvation Army bell ringers
you put some money in the kettle.
They do so much good for so many.
How did you ring in the holidays?
Did you eat some holiday sweet treats?
Did you bake any?
Did you share some with friends?

Did you get your name on the Nice list
or were you Naughty and Santa brought you coal?
Did you wear some fun holiday clothing?
Did you get any gifts?

Whoooooo do you give gifts?
Did you listen to any holiday tunes?
See any elves? On shelves?
Did you travel anywhere to celebrate the holiday with loved ones?
Did you spend time with friends?

Did you share some hot drinks and sit fireside?
Did you have a good talk and catch up?
Friends really warm our hearts.
Did you enjoy some yummy foods?
Did you send some Christmas cards to friends and family?
Did they send you any?
It's a Red Letter Day when we get mail here!
Did you write thank you notes?
(Rebel Girls postcards let you say HI and send a bigger message.)
Did you buy yourself some flowers?
I hope you were not stressed out during the holidays.

Just remember Isaiah 41:10
This New Year's Eve,
have an EPIPHANY
and REST.
PAWS and ask yourself:
Did you find the PEACE of Christ that passes all understanding?
Did you CELEBRATE the reason for the season?
Were you able to feel the JOY of giving?
Did you step into the circle of LOVE?
Are you able to KEEP the FAITH and TRUST
that these blessings
are available to you
YEAR ROUND?
They are.
Just BELIEVE!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thank you for letting this blog be part of your 2018.
WELCOME 2019!
